Recommended hook sizes are No.4 or No. 2
Support leech with thumb and finger.
Keep piercings down the center.
Turn hook 180 degrees and hook a second time.
1. Pierce large end of Slimers about 1/4" from top of leech.
2. Pierce a 2nd time about 1/2" below the first piercing.
* use a #2, #8 or #6 hook
